What to Expect

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will receive any relevant consultation forms via email at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please complete these at least 24 hours before your appointment. If they are not completed you may not be able to proceed with your treatment. All clients will be asked to complete a COVID health screening questionnaire prior to your appointment.
To reduce the risk of cross contamination, you may be asked to provide your own towels (one large and one small)
If you are attending an appointment at our treatment room then please wait outside until we call you / come and collect you.

Upon arrival at our treatment room we will ask you to sanitise your hands immediately and you may be asked to wear a mask during your appointment, depending on the area to be treated.. We'd love for you to have your own mask available to reduce wastage, however we can provide disposable ones as required.
Our therapist will be wearing PPE during all appointments, which includes a visor, mask and apron

You will receive any after care instructions / guidance by email following your appointment
Rest assured we will perform a full sanitisation of all equipment used after treating each client, adhering to the strictest safety measures.
