COMMON INJURIES SOFT TISSUE THERAPY CAN HELP

Soft Tissue Therapy techniques have proved to be a successful method of treatment for injuries such as ankle sprains, achilles tendonitis, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, calf strain, shin splints, muscular spasm in back, neck and shoulders, knee discomfort and leg muscle tension or other joint related pain or dysfunction.

Effective treatment alongside specific progressive exercises are an essential part of a full rehabilitation program. When injuries are ignored and not given the correct treatment their recovery time is increased as is the probability of the injury reoccurring.

LIFESTYLE FACTORS

Soft Tissue Therapy (such as our  restorative massage) can bring relief from everyday aches and pains, reduce stress, increase relaxation, address feelings of anxiety and tension and improve general wellness.

If you sit in front of a computer screen frequently, drive long hours or have a manual job then a restorative massage could benefit you greatly, particularly if you suffer from postural problems.
